Align, Balance & Flow Yoga with Lara
Our time together begins with centering our breath in stillness before we move into poses designed to improve our core stability, balance and tone.
Each class will create suppleness in the hips, spine, legs and shoulders prior to deep relaxation on the mat.
This class is for appropriate for beginners comfortable with standing postures through to intermediate level.
4 sessions: August 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 30th.
