Intro IMI Workshop (FREE)

LisaBeth Lent was massage therapist since 2011 and has been developing and instructing her aligning exercise and embodiment method since 2014. She became a certified fitness instructor in 2017 to better teach her exercise method. Motivated by her own chronic digestive issues, she became a certified nutrition coach at the beginning of 2019. When the pandemic closed LisaBeth’s massage practice, she decided to use her supportive energy in a whole new way, as a wellness consultant, trainer, speaker, and most recently an author, having published her first book about healing and recovery, “Align Your Body, Align Your Life” in September 2022.

Her simple and effortless low-impact “IMI” (Intuitive Movement Integration) method trains people’s awareness inward, to learn the basic foundations of healthy posture, body-mechanics, and circulation. Specially designed for people with persistent low-energy, her easy-to-remember techniques are a joy to perform among a social group or solo. The IMI method demonstrates how gentle exercise can be as fun as it is strength-building and emotionally rejuvenating.

If Zumba is too confusing or fast and yoga is too boring or slow, try IMI. It’s perfect for people who need to get moving and just want more fun and wellness in their lives.

She blends her expertise in body-awareness and health teaching people how to boost their wellness and body-confidence, while healing repetitive injuries and releasing chronic pain, stress and tension. She believes her compassionate approach to health progression is the bridge to physical and emotional well-being.
