The JCC in Sherman is pleased to welcome Tracy Zumbahlen with Tuesday evening Tai Chi!

The form is Tai Chi Easy with instructor Tracy Zumbahlen.

Tracy has been trained by the Healer Within Foundation and at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY.

The classes are 45 mins long in duration and all skill levels are welcome.

Class starts at 6:00pm.

$15 per session. Walk-ins accepted, advance registration greatly appreciated.
